Jill was incredibly helpful in finding us a room that did not have any dog smell, which was a significant concern for us. After our first night, she promptly addressed a disturbance we experienced, showing great attention to guest comfort.

The staff here? Really good. I had a late check-in and Jill from the front desk made it effortless, greeting me with this genuine smile and attention like she was expecting me. And then there's Mrs Deborah's breakfast, always hot and fresh. It's like getting a tasty hug after a long night.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but it was still acceptable you know?

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my bags, which I appreciated. I highly recommend this spot. I'm coming back for a Christmas visit!

Great location for visiting the North Unit of Teddy Roosevelt. The beds were comfortable, and I slept really well. The indoor pool was enjoyable for my son. The pricing was fair and made it worthwhile.

There was not enough toilet paper in the room when asked for extra. The breakfast lacked milk and orange juice one day. Housekeeping did not clean the room daily as stated.

I had a very frustrating experience during my stay. The first night, loud noises from the other room kept me awake, which was extremely disappointing. The second night was better, but I shouldn't have had to deal with that disruption in the first place.

I had a comfy King Room with a great heater. The ice machine and water dispenser on each floor? Genius! I felt so pampered, I might just start wearing a tiara in the morning!

But oh dear, my door wouldn’t shut unless I gave it a firm shove. Not quite the royal treatment I expected!

Super clean hotel with super attentive staff. The king room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee machine. Breakfast was diverse with freshly baked pastries. I loved the spacious lobby to chill out and the fitness center was great. There’s a hot tub for relaxing after a long day!
